Christmas Galore........

Merry Christmas everyone !
Christmas is here. :) I'm still awake..waiting for Santa to arrive :P
Christmas this year is quite cool. I went to church for the 1st time. Never attended any church services for Christmas before. Being in Grace is cool as they had performances. It was really cool as the music was beautiful, performances by childrens, orchestra, all nicely put together. Also Pastor Henry preached well.
However it has been a rush at work since after lunch today to clear up all outstanding issues before I end the day as I would be on leave from today till the 30th Dec. Again this year, luck is not on my side, I would have to be onsite for year end support. Ah well.. life of a technical person. What to do. I felt that it is already a good news being able to get a long stretch of long weekend for cHristmas so I'm not complaining too much.
After Church, I had a meet up with HT n SY as they dropped by in KL for a short trip to settle some stuff. We went to A&W Pj for some onion rings, curly fries n rootbeer. Arh.. vry nice.. and relaxing. It's great being able to hang out with them. With them I am totally myself. Free from worries.. just chat n joke and just relax. The reason y we picked A&W is that it's been a long time since we had any. Being in Pg.. i dont recall having an A&W outlet which open 24hrs.
It's been a long time since we hang out in KL City. Reminisicing the good old days being a student in Pj. Our days in QN, the evening BPs, the late nite TTS sessions, the late nite supper in Murni SS2, A&W Pj, & Pan Bakery @ PJ New Town. During our conversation too we discussed about life in Pg n KL and how they differ. We found that Pg ppl are generally more laid back compared to those in KL. KLers are forever active. It was late midnite and yet there were so many people everywhere. A bunch of family members all hang out together in A&W for supper.. something vry hard to get in Pg. There's one point of our disccusion where we agreed tat if it's late at nite and you are craving for some makan in Penang.. you wont feel like goin out too as firstly no one wana be out late and there are not many makan place that's happening enough to go tat stays open past midnite.
A&W being Christmas eve, the place was jam packed with people. We took more than 1/2 hr to queue n order. HT complained that the workers were just too slow and low in energy and was not vry happie with their attitude. When it gets even later, we had another round of food and this time it took even longer. As we finished our meal there were still a lot of people coming in to order. Then at a point of time we realised, mayb it's not the worker's attitude as they must very vry tired servicing all those people coming in non stop since mayb from 7 - 8pm onwards. Imagine the workload.
Here's the look of the lady that served us. She looks vry bored. She fills the rootbeer extra slow, that I almost fell asleep. Haha.
These are the people that queued for ice cream waffles. The queue has been tis long since we came. At the point where I shoot this photo we had our 2nd round already.
Another thing great about hanging out with HT & SY is that we have the same taste buds. After the same taste n quality of foods. We enjoy eating. We love good food. That's makes us a true Penangite. :)
Oh well... it has been pretty long winded. Tat's all folks.
