Mid Autumn / Mooncake festival..

After 2 years being abroad, this is the the 1st year officially i celebrated the Mid Autumn festival back in Msia.. KL.

Initially it was the craze of mooncakes even during early august.. tasting flavours to flavours of mooncakes.. new creations .. specialties..

Being back in malaysia enabled me to taste various type of mooncakes.. so far i've tasted, the original lotus and egg yolk, the mini version of mooncakes by Hotel Equatorial, which include also the sweet corn flavour, then the frozen iced orange skin lotus egg yolk mooncake(vry special and tasty!!) treated by my landlord, i suspect it was homemade.. there's no brand watsoever.. then the prawn Sambal lotus version by Tai Thong.. thou i don't really like it.. It has the fruits version but by the time i found out.. it's alredi sold out.. YUP.. sold out! Mooncake Raid !! hahaa...

However so far my personal favourite would be the Purple Cane tea house brand, Green Tea Rose Lotus. Which was vry aromatic with the green tea and rose flavour... drink plain water when consuming just feel like drinking Tea....... yummy !!! More purple cane mooncake next year !! I support!

Also after so many years, i've got chance to play with lanterns again with a bunch of people.. it was quite cool to see everyone so eager to light one up.. so nice to see those lanterns hang up on the trees.. some got burned off due to strong winds, even some got burned up to ashes due to carelessness. Been playing with lanterns 2 days in a row. Fri went to Taman Jaya park.. nice nite view.. a dark place to play lantern.. Saturday again after back from dinner... played lantern outside the balcony of our rented house. All the lanterns got hanged like clothes haha.. but it's really nice. There were a bunch of ppl goin round with their lanterns too.. a sight cannot be seen outside of Malaysia.. It's realli nice.. when they passby.. we would wave to each other.. :). People of the other street is hanging up their lanterns too.. The peaceful feeling.

Me and my housemate sat outside feeding the mosquitoes but satisfied, finally used up all candles. We have also electronic led version... haha..

Today is an achievement itself. Drove myself for the 1st time from Sect 17 to Midvalley. Just after 3 days i got my license.. haha! Had a nice dinner with my cousin and uncle n aunt @ Dragon-i. Also had the chance to go to the Gardens for a walk and managed to get myself the PIG i've always wanted ! Yay!

You must be wondering what is the PIG?, it's something to relieve ur muscle ache.... as below.. a nice tool to have a back rub :D
