A few weeks back, this song by Jay Chou really described a bit of my mood. Some of the roadblock and dilemma at work. I am truly not a superman. But when the pressure hits me, it sure feels that everyone wants me to become like a superman, to save the world etc, it is really tiring... especially during the time when I wanted to make things better but was refrained from doing so due to some protocol or internal issues. It's really a pain to produce bad quality of work and I have no power to stop it.    

Hopefully in my next workplace to come this kind of thing would be a lot lesser. I wont be too naive to hope that everything is all fine and dandy but I do pray for the best ~
