The Royal Wedding : Will & Kate
Since 3pm today, I'm glued to the TV watching the live telecast of the royal wedding by BBC.
From the TV, thousands of people all around the world actually made their way to Westminister Abbey/Buckingham Palace just to catch a glimpse. Some of them are from Malaysia too as someone actually brought and waved the Malaysian flag just outside the Victoria memorial. LOL.
Somehow or rather this royal wedding do carry some weight in our hearts. We have always been a fan of the British Monarchy. Ever since Princess Diana joining the royal family. Watching the young and handsome Prince William and Harry growing up and the death of Princess Diana, everything really feels like a life in the movies.
The new royal wedding event is such a fairy tale and most were fascinated by it. Then again, I believe most of us just really adore Prince William especially, with his stunningly good looks and kind hearted nature like his mother.
For Kate, she is really pretty and seemingly nice. Both of them matches each other too. I just love the last part, where they made their first public appearance with their first public kiss. It's really lovely for William to have suggested another kiss with Kate moments after the first one. So sportingly done :)
In all, I would say that the wedding is beautifully done. All the way as Kate made her way from the hotel to the Wesminister Abbey and up to the aisle, it just so nice, her wedding dress is fabulous too.
The Church wedding ceremony to me is simply romantic and beautiful. I just love church weddings. Many great stuff all in one occasion. The lovely grand aisle entrance, the classic exchange of wedding wows, the lovely Christian and wedding songs. The wise preaching by the Archbishop on marriage and also the scriptures reading by James, Kate's brother.
On a personal note, I really liked one of the the song, sang by the choir. By the title of Today is the day ? It really fit the occasion. The choir and music blends well and stunningly well done pushing the atmosphere to maximum harmony. By the way, men dressing up like Country Englishman is rather cool too. Just look at Beckham below. Ignore the lady beside him though :P
