Mee Suah fins..

An economical and friendly to sharks dish.. It's mee suah version of Shark Fins Soup.

Today..after years of searching the stall found the stall.. originally it was operated at Bagan near the Kampung Benggali in Butterworth and that was N years ago.. i remember eating it when I was still in primary school.

It's something special rather than the Usual Hor Fun dishes... thou .. duno it's me or the cook i felt that it used to taste better.. then again it was N years ago... i might be wrong... :) well again glad tat i am able to eat it again.. i may want to take my friends from other states to try it.. or perhaps look around again to find better version of it....

BTW.. one thing i realise is in Penang u get food real cheap.... these mee suah + hor fun is only RM 10 for both meaning avg rm 5 per plate wow ! It can feed 3... i was bloated again ! :D
