Lemon Sour Koey Teow Soup

Lemon Koay Teow Soup @ 19, Lorong Cengal 8, Taman Mega, 13400 Butterworth. Penang.

From the picture above, you can see that the lemon koey teow soup looks just like any normal koey teow soup in town.  Not only that, it also taste like one. However,  there's some slight difference. And it is on the soup base. This lemon koay teow soup was added with some lemon paste to make it sourish.

Then, it is best to add some chilli, from the bottle of chilli ready made, to make the soup spicy. Spice up your soup to your taste. For me, just 1 scoop for mild..and the result would be just like the picture below.

Here's the picture of the stall itself. Located at a secluded kampung area, it is famous enough to draw quite a number of customer too.

Ratings : Not bad. Quite nice. Nice combination of flavour, eat together with "bak cho"/"yuk sui", the soup sour n spicy it's indeed vry appetizing! The best thing was..tt's just RM2.20 per bowl for small and it's already enough for me. Yummy! I love my Penang !!
